Ok as I promised I was going to post event that are low cost or free to you that are reading. I am going to try to do this weekly, as well as get some kind of calendar going for the ongoing things. But for now the on going things will just be marked by *** , So remember these things will happen either daily or weekly so I do not have to post them every time.
I will also get a list of low income housing apartments as soon as I get my list updated, as well as utility help, counseling, shelters, libraries, training, and much more. I would also like some feed back, if there is something you need, you can e mail me directly and I will not post anything, this can all be kept confidential. I use to work as a nurses aid, so I can surely keep a little info like this to myself. I do not judge we all need help at one point, and since I can help I would really like to. So please ask.

I am going to try to add things to this on a daily basis. Please if there is a resource you are looking for ask me I will find it if I do not have the information. I have seen a few ads on the local sites asking about dental care so that will be today's topic.
I am a single mom as you should know, so I know how hard it is for uninsured, people to find dental care. I was in this situation just last week, so I will share my info:).
These clinics are low income, sliding fee, free, or medicaid approved. I can not speak on behalf of all of these dental facilities, but I can say a big THANK YOU! to those that help the office and dentist, to help our community.

Getting Started..
Hi Everyone , This is new to me and I want to welcome you and your support. I am sure we all know how the economy is effecting us, but have we sat down and thought about the effect on our neighbors? Well I have, this coming from a single mom. I know that there are other people out there that need our help. I am only one person and could use your help.
Just think because of the economy our request at our local food bank has went up 30% . We here in Utah are ranked 4th in the nation for the highest rate of food insecurity. That to me is astounding. How can we just sit back and say it is okay? Knowing 1 in 8 of our local kids are living in poverty? That my friends is just here in Utah imagine that throughout our nation. Now Why can't we all donate a small amount like $5 to of food and get a ticket to a raffle? No one person can fix all of this but if we combine our little bits we can make a great impact.
At this crucial time in the economy people are having to choose between their beloved pets and their rent. We are seeing more of our family pets being turned to the streets and shelters. Is it to much for us to look in our closet for old towels, and blankets to give for a cause? Or when we buy a thing of sponges or cat food to grab a few extra and know we are making a huge stride by doing it together? You know your monthly dollar store trips, there is cleaning supplies, and food or litter we all just walk by, why not grab one and know we are helping a furry friend?
I know as one person I am not going to be able to save the world let alone our community , but I am telling you with you on my side we have a great chance at making a wonderful difference. There are numerous charities out there to many to name there needs, but one at a time I am willing to help with your help. Just this next week I am making a donation to the walk with autism silent auction. One thing to help others, and that alone makes me smile. It does not help me or my family, but maybe a neighbor, or kid I see at the store. Now I am telling you that makes it all worth while.
So all I am asking is that you remember someone out there needs a hand, a simple donation, a smile, or a sandwich. Please do not turn your back on them, instead help us help them. I am starting to do boutiques and will ask for people that have the space to rent to me let me rent that space at a reasonable amount, as well as vendors out there join me, know that the space you are paying for is reasonable. The funds I get on this will go toward advertising, and getting the name out there, for now. So please pass our name around as much as possible. We truly want to help people. If you are just a crafty person and would like to make a little money and sale a few things, and make your booth donation that is great. You win as well. That is the best part. We want this a win win for everyone.
Thanks for your time, any questions please e mail me :) thanks Angela
